This Privacy Policy guarantees your privacy and data protection in accordance with Law N° 172-13 on Personal Data Protection in force in the Dominican Republic and other applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Interpretation

  • Application refers to Payroll 123, the software program provided by the Company.

  • Country refers to: Dominican Republic
  • Device means any mobile device that can access the Service.

  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
  • You means the individual access using the Service.

Termination

  1. In the event that the Service Agreement between the Employer and us is terminated;
  2. In the event that the Employer notifies us that the employment relationship between you and the Employer has ended; and/or
  3. In the event of any breach by you and/or the Employer of this Privacy Policy and/or any applicable law or regulation.
Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may modify or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion by posting an updated version on our Application and providing notice by email. If you do not agree to the changes or amendments, you must immediately cease accessing or using our Application and Services.

Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon our posting the updated version on our Application (or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting). In any event, your continued use of our Application and Services following the posting of any changes to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict of laws provisions. You expressly agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
